The campus layout promotes clear circulation, safety, and adaptability—creating an engaging educational environment that supports both academic achievement and a strong sense of community.

Marble Valley Academy is designed as a bright, flexible learning environment that supports both academic and community life. Daylit classrooms, collaborative learning spaces, and a central library create opportunities for group work, quiet study, and interdisciplinary teaching. A multi-purpose gymnasium and gathering areas allow the campus to serve both students and the broader community. Warm natural materials, generous daylight, and clear circulation help create an inviting environment that supports student engagement, wellness, and modern educational programming.

This contemporary multifamily building balances refined density with a walkable streetscape, using stepped massing, layered balconies, and warm material transitions to integrate into its neighborhood context.

This master-planned neighborhood arranges traditional homes along gently curving streets centered around a shared green and walking path. Four distinct home models—Brentwood, Bridlewood, Wellington, and Hawthorne—use classic architectural elements and consistent materials to create a cohesive streetscape.
CALABRESE PLAY PARK
Sand City, California
This neighborhood park reimagines play as a marine-life themed landscape experience, organizing age-diverse activity zones within a continuous, accessible loop. Sculptural play elements draw from ocean forms and coastal textures, while resilient surfacing and shaded garden areas create a setting that feels both dynamic and restorative. Active zones are balanced with clear sightlines and thoughtfully placed seating, encouraging exploration, movement, and moments of pause within a welcoming public space for the surrounding community.

Fayetteville, Georgia
This townhouse community organizes contemporary living within a cohesive neighborhood framework. Repeating gabled forms and varied façade materials create rhythm along the streetscape while giving each residence a distinct identity. Brick accents, shutters, and covered entries add depth and detail at the pedestrian level, reinforcing a welcoming residential scale. Inside, efficient two-story floor plans place open living areas below with private bedrooms above, creating comfortable homes designed for everyday living.
